Usher and girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea have welcomed their second child together, a baby boy.
The newborn has come just over a year after the arrival of the couple’s first child.
The Yeah! singer announced the arrival of their baby boy on Tuesday just four months after the announcement that he and his music executive girlfriend were expecting.
Their new addition to their family has a very unique name Sire Castrello Raymond, which has a royal meaning of kingly.
The 42-year-old shared to Instagram the happy news with a black and white photo of their child.
He penned: “Hi my name is Sire Castrello Raymond … I am the newest addition to the Raymond crew.
“I was born Sept 29 2021 at 6:42pm weighing 7lbs 13oz. Hear me roar … A.K.A Ra Ra,” he finished the post by adding a baby and libra sign emoji.
Jennifer announced her pregnancy at the iHeartRadio Awards 2021, debuting her baby bump on the red carpet.
The couple welcomed their first child a daughter called Sovereign, the year before on September 24, 2020.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last year, Usher said: “She was scheduled to be a Scorpio but decided she had a different plan. Libras, you know—they kinda have their minds made up on what they wanna do.”
Usher is also a father to 13-year-old Usher V and 12-year-old Naviyd, with ex-wife and former personal stylist Tameka Foster.
Usher and Tameka were married from 2007 to 2009.
After, the singer married his manager and long-time girlfriend Grace Miguel in 2015 before they officially split in 2018.
Usher spoke to ET in May after welcoming his daughter in the pandemic.
He said: “Man, my boys are really enjoying having another girl in the house.
“Me and Jenn are very, very happy to celebrate this period in life. Sovereign was really, like, the silver lining for us [in the pandemic], and for a lot of people who had new babies this year. There’s been a lot of loss, so really happy to just be celebrating life.”
Usher first became famous after the success of his second studio album My Way which was released in 1997.
Since then, he has won a total of eight Grammys during his two-decade career.
