Amanda Holden glams up for charity mountain climb as she attempts Three Peaks

Amanda Holden has posted a stunning selfie ahead of her taking on the Three Peaks Challenge today (October 6).

The 51-year-old is climbing a whopping 10,476 feet in just 24 hours, as part of the challenge for charity.

It will see her scale the highest mountains of Wales, England and Scotland (Snowdon, Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis).

In a selfie posted to her Instagram Story, mum-of-two Amanda looked incredible as she posed for the camera at the bottom of Snowdon.

Her plump lips were accentuated by a red colour and she sported dark eye make up and a full set of lashes.

Her golden locks were tied in pigtails, and she wore a bright red beanie that was perfectly positioned on her head.

In a previous video on her story, the Britain’s Got Talent judge was seen setting off on her journey.

Amanda wore a bright red jacket, adorned with the Heart Radio and Global’s Make Some Noise charity logos, and donned a pair of dark grey leggings and walking boots.

As she strode past, armed with two hiking sticks, the video then zoomed onto a pair of bright red stilettos, stuffed in her rucksack.

The beauty captioned the video with: “Lip gloss [tick emoji], stilettos [tick emoji], lash [tick emoji].”

She then added: “Ready to go @thisisheart Donate via link in bio.”

Amanda is climbing the UK’s three highest mountains in under 24 hours for Global’s Make Some Noise charity starting with Snowdon.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain yesterday (October 5), the television presenter opened up about why she’s taking on the challenge.

“The charities need all the help we can give them so it’s down to me,” she said.

“I promised the charities volunteers who are coming to keep me company that we’d hold hands and have a big chat all the way up.”

One of the charities Amanda is helping raise money for is the baby loss charity Aching Arms – which she has a personal connection to.

Amanda tragically lost her son at seven months in 2011 after being stillborn.
