Gary Lineker has reunited with his ex-wife Danielle Bux for Christmas six years after their split.
The 61-year-old former footballer and the Welsh model and actress, 42, put an end of their seven-year marriage in 2006.
However, the pair have managed to stay on good terms despite going their separate ways.

Taking to her Instagram Story, mum-of-two Danielle shared a snap of ex-husband Gary posing for a snap alongside her 20-year-old daughter Ella, who she shares with Adam Willis.
She captioned the snap: “Our annual Christmas dinner” as the pair posed wearing coats standing outside.

“Always a delight,” added Gary as he re-posted the picture in view of his 1.1 million followers.
At the time , Danielle and Gar reportedly parted because she wished to give Ella a sibling but father-of-four Gary is thought to have felt too old to welcome a new baby.
Since their split, Danielle went on to marry American entertainment lawyer Nate Greenwald in 2019.
The pair are parents to four-year-old daughter Romy.

Gary has previously spoken publicly about keeping in touch with his ex-wife.
He explained that Danielle’s current husband never gets “jealous” of their bond.
“He’s not got a jealous bone in his body,” Gary said to the Radio Times.
“We get on really well. We go out for dinner when I’m in LA.
“It might be unusual and people might go, ‘That’s weird’ but, frankly, I don’t care. What is normal?”

“Is it better to get divorced and end up fighting, screaming and shouting? Or is it better to get on if you can?”
Gary also has a close bond with Ella and even visited her at university in American last month.
He posted a picture of her to Instagram to commemorate her special day, writing: “Happy birthday to my wonderful step-daughter. Can’t believe you’re 20, Ella. I can believe there are chips!”

Danielle relocated to Los Angeles shortly after splitting with the former England footballer to pursue an acting career.
Gary was first married to Michelle Cockayne in 1986.
The pair share four sons – George, 29, Harry, 27, Tobias, 25, and 23-year-old Angus.
