Former Gogglebox star Sandra Martin has paid a special tribute to Princess Diana on the 25th anniversary of her death.
The widely-adored royal passed away following a tragic car crash in 1997 at the age of 36 and was survived by her sons Prince William and Prince Harry.
Posting to Twitter on Wednesday (August 31), Sandra paid her own respects to the late star.

Marking the milestone anniversary of Diana’s passing, Sandra posed alongside an old portrait of Diana which has been attached to her wall.
Wearing her green hair in a braided bun on top of her head, Sandra, 60, appeared mournful as she posed for the emotional snap.
In a caption alongside her post, Sandra wrote: “[Rest in] paradise Princess Diana.
“25 years ago, I remember well, I was in Brixton Market.”
Had she lived, Diana would have recently celebrated her 61st birthday – making her and Sandra similar ages at the time of the wreck.
Replying to Sandra on Twitter, fans chimed in with their own memories of Diana’s passing.
One fan wrote: “We all remember where we were.”
Meanwhile, another commented: “I remember it like it was just a year before I was born.”
Sandra joined Gogglebox upon the show’s launch in 2013 before exiting the show in 2018 after revealing she had grown “bored” of the filming process.
Earlier this year, Sandra also confirmed that she wouldn’t be willing to return to the show in a devastating blow to fans.
Replying to a fan’s request to return to the show on Twitter, Sandra wrote: “Try sitting on your sofa for 5 years straight. I done my bit.
“I just love repeats and Netflix and repeats and ting xxx. I don’t want to go back everyone.”
