He said that his wife was “barley able to stand” and was “shaking” before the midwife said “she was not making it to the hospital”.
Mike then admitted: “She was [in pain], it was fast though, from that moment. She almost choked me to death. You can’t say anything can you? ‘Can you let go, you’re really hurting me?!”
Fans turned to Twitter and commented on his conversation.
One wrote: “Well, Zara will be pleased with that.”
Another typed: “He’s so dead when Zara gets hold of him for saying that on camera,” with a laughing face emoji.
Elsewhere in the episode, Seann Walsh and Matt Hancock were tasked with the challenge of recruiting their fellow celebrities Jill Scott and Charlotte Douglas as “moles”.
The pair have been partaking in random challenged set by producers which included taking hats and jackets back to their secret camp.
Seann recruited Jill by offering to remove a splinter from her finger while Matt had a harder time trying to get Scarlette’s attention.
Eventually they explained what was going on and all four of them snuck away from the main camp to return to mole HQ – much to the girls’ amazement.
Jill and Scarlette couldn’t believe what they were seeing and were taken aback by the sheer size of the second campsite.
Later on during a tense moment with Ant and Dec, it was confirmed that Matt and Boy George will be the two celebs taking part in the upcoming eating challenge.
The long awaited task will be the first of the series and many fans are excited to see Hancock eating the gross food on offer at the Mexican themed restaurant.
Fans took to Twitter to share in their glee and but many believe that it is not enough for the politician.
One fan even savagely tweeted that “even if he won every single star for the rest of the series,” that “will never eradicate his failings as health secretary”.
