Tobey Maguire inspired a generation of fans with his run as the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man in the beloved Sam Raimi trilogy.
The 47-year-old star is rarely seen in big blockbusters anymore, though that could be about to change.
He recently made a return to the big screen as his iconic character in Spider-Man: No Way Home, alongside Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield.
Looking back on his original run, ITV is airing Spider-Man 2 at 7.30pm.
Instead of leading Hollywood productions, Tobey has been focusing on his home life over the last decade or so.
Everything changed for Tobey after he became a father, even admitting at the Spider-Man 3 press conference he’s “changed a lot over the last six years.” He added. “I love being a dad!”
It hasn’t been plain sailing for the star though, as he was found in the middle of a heavily publicised breakup a few years back.

No, and it is believed Tobey is currently single following his split from his 29-year-old model girlfriend Tatiana Dieteman.
Between 2003 and 2019, Tobey was married to jewellery designer Jennifer Meyer.
The pair tied the knot in Hawaii with a ceremony attended by childhood friend Leonardo DiCaprio and Lukas Haas.
Most of their relationship was kept behind closed doors, though in 2016 news broke that the pair had separated.
A source told People at the time that they split due to their difference lifestyles, explaining: “They’ve been living separate lives for a while
“They have completely different interests and haven’t seemed to be connecting.

“He’s extremely private and prefers to stay home, and she’s very social and has tons of girlfriends. They haven’t been happy together for a long time.
“But they are great parents and they love their children.”
Four years after the split, Jennifer officially filed for a divorce, but confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter in 2017 that the pair remained close friends.
“I don’t know what I would do without him — Tobey’s my best friend. I lucked out in the biggest of ways. He’s still very sweet to me,” she gushed.

Tobey and Jennifer had two children together, Ruby Sweetheart and Otis Tobias, born in 2006 and 2009 respectively.
At the Spider-Man 3 press conference, Tobey gushed about his new fatherhood, saying: “I’ve changed a lot over the last six years.
“I love being a dad! I love my daughter…yeah, it’s definitely amazing!
“It’s like everybody says, all the clichés are true – it’s indescribable and you just have to be there to understand it. You know, you don’t really get it until you’re there.”
