Kanye West's ex brands him 'ultimate stunt queen' and says she lost 15lbs during fling

Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend Julia Fox has shared what it was really like to date the hit rapper after their whirlwind romance came to an end in February 2021.

The 32-year-old actress has spoken out against the criticism while dating the Power hitmaker, 44, during an interview with The New York Times on Thursday.

She explained how the pair first met in Miami on New Year’s Eve on Valentine’s Day where they later went on to date for 15 days.

At the time the Uncut Gems star denied their relationship to the press, saying at the time: “It’s not real. It’s only happening on the internet. I’m not actively engaging with it. I don’t feel it. I’m still 1,000 percent me.

“Nothing’s changed, except, I will say, having been around Kanye was like a crash course on how to be famous.”

Now, Julia has opened up about her fleeting relationship with Ye as she revealed how she lost 15lbs in the space of a month that they dated.

She told the publication: “I tried my best to make it work. I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life? It just wasn’t sustainable. I lost like 15 lbs. in that month.”

When asked if the pair were ever “exclusive”, the actress said “I don’t think so” before denying they only dated for attention, as she explained: “I mean, there were definitely elements of it that were real.”

In the tell all interview, the star also brushed off claims she interviewed to be West’s girlfriend as “ridiculous” where she later dispelled rumours that she signed a nondisclosure agreement.

When she was asked whether the pair were ever officially “boyfriend” and “girlfriend”, Julia clarified: “I don’t think those words ever came out of my mouth, actually.

“It definitely felt like I was his girlfriend. But it also felt like I was being cast in the role of his girlfriend – and he was casting me. He was the orchestrator of it all. It really did feel like a movie.”

However, the former couple parted amicably and have remained friends, as she went on to brand the rapper “the ultimate stunt queen” after she explained that she’s not worried the dad-of-four will expose the specifics of their romance.
