Katie Price avoids court hearing as she pays £7,300 fine she owed

Katie Price has avoided another court hearing on Monday (January 24) over an unpaid fine after she settled the outstanding £7,358 she had owed since 2019 in relation to motoring offences.

The mum-of-five had been summoned to Crawley Magistrates Court but paid the money she owed on Friday, hours before she was allegedly arrested for an unrelated incident.

A court official told The Sun of the 43-year-old: “She’s paid her fines in full. She paid them on Friday.”

Hours later, Katie was arrested after allegedly breaching a restraining order in place for her ex Kieran Hayler’s new fiancée Michelle Penticost.

The restraining order was put in place in 2019 for five years after she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after she swore at Michelle at the school playground.

Sussex Police said: “At 5.45pm on Friday, police responded to a report that a suspect had breached their restraining order.

“Officers arrested a woman in her 40s who has been released under investigation while inquiries continue.”
