Katie Price has shared a sweet tribute to her partner Carl Woods for Valentine’s Day.
The happy couple who announced their engagement in April last year often provides their fans with a glimpse inside their relationship.
On Monday, Katie, 43, shared a rather risque photo of herself and reality star Carl lying down on a plane with her 2.7million Instagram followers.
It is believed the picture was taken when the pair were returning to the UK from Turkey where Katie previously injured her feet.
The mother of five could be seen smiling joyfully in the photo with her two legs wrapped in bandages while Carl, 32, lay between her legs wearing a black vest top with Khaki green shorts.

Captioning the photo, the reality star penned: “We are shattered in this photo! But thought it would be a funny one.
“Happy Valentine’s Day @carljwoods, you’ve always looked after me since day one. I love you.”
Carl also sent his partner a cheeky reply and wrote: “P***d on me when we landed.”
Although the photo was sweet, several fans admitted that they thought they saw more than what they were bargained for.

Sharing their thoughts on the snap, one surprised fan penned: “Wtaf thought something else was going down in this pic.”
Another said: “Though he was doing the deed then for a second.”
While others shared in on the joy and wished the couple a happy Valentine’s Day.
One person wrote: “The best time are the funniest moments, happy Valentine’s Day both.”
