Love Island bosses have reportedly poached a hunky contestant for the upcoming 2022 series, a hunky boxer who could be the next Tommy Fury.
Joshua Le Grove, a six-foot two handsome British-Jamaican personal trainer and sports coach, has certainly caught the eye of the Love Island bosses with his busy lifestyle travelling the world with his work.
The strapping young man started boxing as a child, but also being blessed with good looks had used that to his advantage to score modelling deals with various fashion brands. He has modelled for huge clothing stores including Boohoo Man, ASOS and Foot Asylum.
Multitalented Joshua is not only a fitness coach and a brilliant boxer, but he is also a dab hand with a pair of roller skates. It seems one of his key ingredients to maintaining a fantastic physique is that he allegedly doesn’t drink alcohol, or coffee.
A TV insider told The Sun: “Joshua is a perfect fit for the show. Bosses are hoping he’ll follow in the footsteps of boxer Tommy Fury, who was a huge hit.
“Joshua is really handsome but there is much more to him than that – the girls will go wild for him.”
It has also been speculated that the show has lined up beautician Sophie Draper. The brunette bombshell previously dated Matty Cash, Aston Villa’s right-back for four years.
Sophie is 22 years old and owns her own glam salon in Nottingham called Sophie Laura Beauty.
She loves to travel and definitely looks Love Island ready, as she regularly shows off a series of gorgeous holiday snaps on her Instagram account.
Another contestant that could appear on the show, is Turkish TV star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, she is an an actress who spends her time in London and Istanbul, appearing on television series Kuzey Yildizi.
Reportedly Love Island’s new dazzling cast are almost ready to begin filming this year’s advert for the ITV2 hit programme which is set to air on June 6.
The show will return to its usually schedule, appearing on screens every night at 9pm, except for Saturdays which is a highlights episode.
Laura Whitmore will be re-joining the series as the host, after signing a £500,000 contract.
Love Island has been filmed at the same villa for the last five years in Majorca, but reportedly producers are looking for a new location to make a change of scenery for viewers.
