Love Island has been hit by over 700 complaints since it returned to ITV2 last month.
The popular dating competition has had millions of viewers tuned in each night and even more on catch-up, but not all of them have been pleased with what’s being shown.
An Ofcom spokesperson has told Daily Star that 781 official complaints had been made by fans so far during the 2022 series, relating to a number of different events and topics including bullying and some stars given more screen time than others.

The main themes have been certain contestants being bullied; certain contestants’ wellbeing and mental health; the age gap between certain contestants and certain contestants being given more screen time in the main show edit than others.
A kiss between Gemma Owen, 19, and Davide Sanclimenti, 27, sparked almost 200 of complaints earlier this series.
Love Island viewers contacted Ofcom after finding the age gap between the two uncomfortable.
Michael Owen’s daughter made her feelings for Davide clear, planting a kiss on him during an ice breaker game.
A day later Davide chose to couple up with Gemma , but many Love Island fans claimed them being together “did not sit right” with them. The episode with the kiss racked up 167 Ofcom complaints.
Meanwhile, fans have accused producers of “setting up” two contestants in the latest Casa Amor twist.
So far, Indiyah Polock and Dami Hope have seemed a rock-solid couple, but things took a bit of a turn during Sunday’s episode
Viewers had seen Dami as the first boy to plant a parting gift for his lady in Casa Amor which was his prised ring – with all the other boys in solid couples copying his sweet tribute.
However, when the bag arrived with Indiyah she announced that she was “fuming” that Dami had forgotten to give her a nice gesture when Paige Thorne, Gemma Owen and Tasha Ghouri had received a ring from their own men back in the main villa.
