Love Island's Amber takes savage swipe at Dami and Indiyah after speedy recoupling

Love Island has only been back on our screens less than a month but we’ve already seen plenty of drama, with Islanders being booted off, coupled-up duos being split apart by newcomers and as usual, plenty of sexy challenges and intimate moments.

On top of that, Aftersun has been bringing us even more entertainment, with host Laura Whitmore being joined by plenty of star-studded lineups.

Sunday evening’s episode saw Amber Beckford and Ikenna Ekwonna, who had been sent home earlier this week, join the ITV2 show to talk about their time in the villa.

But Amber wasted no time in taking swipes at her former co-stars – particularly Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack. Amber had been coupled up with Dami before she was eliminated, while Indiyah had been paired with Ikenna.

In the same episode that those two were voted off by the public, Dami and Indiyah were seen growing closer and are now a couple. And though Amber said she was shocked at her prompt departure, she believes there was still enough time for her partner and friend to tell her what was going on – despite what they claimed.

Speaking to Love Island:Aftersun host Laura , childminder Amber said: “They could have waited until we at least had our water bottles out of there.”

However, Ikenna was a bit more laid back about the situation, claiming: “I’m excited for them actually.”

Amber continued: “I feel like Dami definitely had time to pull me aside for a chat.

“We had some kisses in bed, like a proper snog. So he definitely had time to tell me.

“I was a bit shocked, I won’t lie. I literally spoke to both of them.”

Amber wasn’t the only star on last night’s Aftersun, as viewers swooned over Ekin-Su’s brother.

Arda Cülcüloğlu made a case for him to follow in his sister’s footsteps, brazenly telling host Laura : “People ask me, ‘is it weird to see your sister on TV’, but I’ve expected this to happen since day dot.

“I think she was born to do this and I’m glad you guys are starting to see my sister on TV now and see what she’s like.

“And now you’re seeing my face on your screens and get used to it because you’re going to see it a lot more.”
