Olivia Attwood joked that she “hates new people” hours before the former Love Island star was forced to quit I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

During Monday’s visit to the Australian jungle, ITV viewers watched the former TOWIE star joined Chris Moyles, Boy George and Scarlette Douglas endure their first Bushtucker trial on the deserted island.

The group were tasked with putting their hands in terrifying hidden boxes filled with creepie crawlies with the group successfully winning eight stars for the main camp.

But as the foursome moved into the main camp, the blonde bombshell, 31, confessed that she was a little nervous about meeting her other campmates because she “doesn’t like new people.”

As the team walked through the jungle into the main camp, Olivia confessed: “I’m scared guys. I’m a Taurus, I hate new people.”

However, the TV personality appeared to get on with the rest of her campmates just fine as she quickly settled into jungle life.

It comes after the reality star was forced to leave the show after just 24 hours in the jungle due to medical grounds.

Reports have since claimed that Olivia will still get paid her eye-watering £125,000 fee to participate in the ITV show.

Earlier this afternoon a spokesperson for the broadcaster confirmed the disappointing news that she would be bowing out of the show.

They said: “As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.

“Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be a further investigation.

“She has been absolutely brilliant and she’ll be very much missed on the show,” they concluded.
