The television favourite will help ITV celebrate 160 years of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home with a one-off special episode that will air over the festive period.

In her previous role as The Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla is seen hosting an event at Clarence House before helping Paul care for some of the vulnerable pups looking for forever homes.
The episode is set to be an hour long, and viewers will see The Queen Consort hosting a garden party for Battersea’s anniversary.
She then joins Paul at Battersea’s Brands Hatch in Kent, where they meet some of the dogs struggling to be re-homed.
The unlikely duo look after the dogs with the hope that they’ll find homes in time for Christmas.
At the moment, Battersea is very busy due to an overwhelming number of dogs that are difficult to re-home because of their older age, or medical or behavioural issues.
Paul says: “In the 11 years that I’ve been filming at Battersea, I’ve never known it so busy.
“What’s worrying is, there are a lot of dogs in here who would be classed as hard to home. Dogs with disabilities, blind dogs, you name it, we’ve got them in here at the moment.”
Paul is particularly hoping to find homes for a blind Jack Russell, a giant Schnauzer with a life-threatening gastric issue, and a puppy fighting against the odds to survive.
The beloved host turns to Camilla for the special help.
