Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has admitted she has had a ban placed on her by show bosses as she heads towards the final of the show.
The popular presenter confessed that she has been banned from dancing on her new show Winter On The Farm by the powers that be at the BBC.
Helen, 39, revealed that bosses at Strictly would get their “knickers in a twist” if she attempted any fancy footwork while appearing on the Channel 5 offering due to the ban.

Helen then made her appearance on Winter On The Farm where she discussed her Strictly stint with co-host Jules Hudson.
Jules said: “The huge elephant-sized glitterball in the room, you getting to the semi-finals of Strictly Come Dancing! What about that! What a journey you have been on, surely we’re going to see some moves tonight?”
Helen then replied: “I’ve been having so much fun and I’m really grateful for all of the support. But I can’t show you a move. If I even think about dancing the BBC will get their knickers in a twist. It will set off a Strictly alarm.
“Craig Revel Horwood will rush in here and wrestle me to the ground.”
She made the admission after appearing on Strictly: It Takes Two on Thursday (December 8) as she and dance partner Gorka Marquez appeared via video link to chat to host Rylan Clark about their performance last weekend and plans for the week ahead.
Chatting to the duo ahead of their semi-final appearance on Saturday, Rylan said: “So lovely to see you guys, now before we chat we should let viewers at home know as well that because of some technical issues there is a three-second delay so wish us luck – this is television!”
Helen said: “There are cows and bulls that could break free at any second! The three-second delay is the least of our problems.”
Rylan then explained the change of location adding: “Now, sadly, Helen and Gorka can’t be here with us in the studio. Helen is away filming on a farm somewhere – that’s right guys, she has a job! – but unfortunately, they can’t be here in person. But virtually, give it up for Helen and Gorka.”
Winter On The Farm is available to view on My5.
