“You’ve had a bit more experience and being over 40, I mean, it should be the best sex you’ve ever had in your 40s.

“It’s down to experience, more confidence and you know we get so hung up on how we look and there’s someone out there who will just look at you and think you’re amazing and beautiful and first of all that someone should be you.”

The TV star made her Strictly debut last year when she was paired with professional dance partner Graziano Di Prima.

Speaking about her show experience, Judi exclusively told us: “I say it’s like online dating – you haven’t met, then you meet and you’re like ‘oh my god, I’m in love’.

“Then you have that time to start to show off your pictures online and then you get voted out and that’s like your breakup and then all of a sudden you don’t have pictures together and the next time you see him with someone else and you’re like he’s dating someone else…

“But yeah, I speak to Graz all the time and his wife Giada and I’m just championing him.

“These dancers are so professional, they’re like little therapists they really pull out of ‘you can do’ this.”
