Taylor Swift wows in bejewelled sheer dress as she wins four gongs at MTV EMAs 2022

Taylor Swift, 32, looked immaculate as she wore a bejewelled ensemble at the MTV Europe Music Awards, where she won four awards.

On Sunday (November 13), the singer surprised fans when she arrived at the music awards show in Duesseldorf, Germany, where she rocked a stunning sheer ensemble.

The Bad Blood star made sure all eyes were on her as she wore a black body bodysuit underneath a sheer, emerald overlay skirt.

Taking to the event’s reds-carpet for the first time in more than a decade, Taylor kept her make-up and hair simple, with her blonde tresses in a chic up-do.

Her red carpet fashion appeared to pay homage to Bejeweled, a song from her latest record-breaking album, Midnights.

Taylor made a complete outfit change into a sparkling silver slip-dress later on in the ceremony at the PSD Bank Dome.

The music icon took home an extraordinary four of the six gongs she was up for as she bagged wins for best artist, best video, best pop and best long-form video.

It comes off the back of the release of her latest album, Midnight, which Taylor released on October 21.

The Shake It Off hitmaker, praised her legion of fans – also known as Swifties – as she accepted each award, thanking them for their loyal support and devotion over the years.

Taylor also won a gong for the best video for her 10-minute anthem, All Too Well: The Short Film.

After being awarded the best artist award by Baywatch star David Hasselhoff, she told the screaming audience: “You have no idea how much this even means to me to do this as a career…

“There’s not a single moment I take that for granted. I love you so much, I can’t believe I get to do this as a job, and it’s all because of you. Thank you so, so much.”

Celebrity power couple Rita Ora and Taika Waititi hosted the annual international music awards.

The event also saw stars including Nicki Minaj, Harry Styles, and BTS take home gongs from 20 gender-neutral categories.

Last week, Taylor revealed she’s goingback on tour in 2023, with opening artists including Haim.
