The One Show host Alex Jones showed off her wild side when she drove a motorbike into work.
The bubbly BBC One presenter is an avid biker, and she demonstrated her dazzling driving skills this week when she cruised through the streets of London.
It looked like she even had to dodge one of London’s famous red buses at one point as she headed towards the One Show studio, which is at the BBC Broadcasting House just off of Oxford Street.
The mum-of-two could be seen hurtling through the bustling streets, sporting a silver biking helmet and visor to protect herself.
Taking to Instagram, the Welsh presenter beamed at the camera before a London bus rushed past her, and for a minute she looked rather nervous so close to the huge red vehicle.
Catching up with her fans with a clip of her commute just before the show on Thursday (March 3), Alex said:” On my way”.
It was a reference to the hit Rusted Root song, Send Me On My Way, which she posted in her video.
That evening, Alex joined her co-host, McFly star Harry Judd, and their action-packed line-up included Line of Duty star Martin Compston as well as Bake Off star Matt Lucas.
During her chat with Martin, Alex asked about recent rumours hinting at a seventh series of the hit BBC police drama.
She asked him: “Is there any truth about series seven of Line of Duty?”
Martin replied: “Look, it’s really satisfying how much people have taken it to their hearts and that there’s so much interest in whether we’re coming back or not.”
He continued: “We always take at least a year off”, before adding: “And then Jed decides if there’s a story or not to tell. He wouldn’t do it just for the sake of it.”
Daily Star recently reported a source which said: “Another series is happening. This is the news millions of fans have been hoping for”
