Dancing on Ice star Darren Harriott has become the fifth celebrity to be eliminated from the ITV skating competition.
The comedian skated to Top Gun theme tune Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins, dressed as a motorbike rider in a black leather jacket and gold rimmed sunglasses.
This week’s challenge, set by the judges, was to make a leap with both feet off the ice, which Darren shakily performed over pro-skating partner Tippy Packard.

However, Darren failed to received enough votes from the public, which saw him facing the skate off against The Wanted star Siva Kaneswaran.
Unfortunately, the judges chose to save “the better skater” Siva, but applauded Darren for his efforts.
In his farewell speech, Darren thanked the Dancing on Ice team and his “enthusiastic” dance partner, Tippy.
“I lasted a lot longer than I expected!” he started.
“Thank you to everyone it’s been a dream!” Darren told presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. “All the professionals and celebrities have been so nice.”
“Tippy – I’ve never met anyone like her! Her enthusiasm, anything I came up with she was like ‘Yes let’s do it!’, she was great!”
Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on Darren’s elimination from the show, following former EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer, who was booted from the show last week.
“Well done Darren and Tippy for taking part in this year’s #DancingOnIce you both have been great and hope you keep on skating!” one put.
A second viewer wrote: “What a lovely genuine guy Darren seems, he did so well too! Great to see the progression especially when he’s never done anything like it before.”
“Nice of Darren to give a little shoutout for Tippy, given how badly this show usually treats the pros. He wasn’t great but will miss him,” a third wrote.
