TV presenter Eamonn Homes has been praised by fans after he shared a video updating his followers on his health.
The 63-year-old has suffered with chronic back pain for a number of years and previously told his supporters that he had to learn to “walk again” following surgery and an unexpected fall.
However, Eamonn appears to be making steady progress as he headed over to Instagram to share a video of himself doing gentle exercises.

Wearing a light grey jumper and black trousers, the TV veteran could be seen rising from a bench during one of his therapy sessions.
Captioning the short clip, he wrote: “This might look easy to you but believe me this was an amazing achievement for me…
“Thanks to everyone at @neurokinex Gym for helping me to get back on my feet bit by bit,” he added.
After seeing the video, fans headed straight to the comment section to sing his praises.
One social media user wrote: “Well done Eamonn! No, it doesn’t look easy at all. I have secondary progressive MS and this is one of my exercises, so I know. You’re doing great.”
Another said: “YES EAMONN! I know exactly how blooming hard that is and you’re smashing it!!”
A third chimed: “You’re an inspiration to me I’ve watched your progress in your recovery I’ve just had a total hip replacement so i’am doing rehab at the moment and sometimes I feel I will never back to normal but I keep going well done Mr Holmes.”
Meanwhile, celebrity pal Joe Swash said: “Well done mate. You’ll be playing in soccer aid next year x.”
Earlier this year Eamonn, who previously worked on ITV’s This Morning, said he’s “learning to walk with purpose” following spinal surgery.
However, during his recovery, Eamonn encountered another setback when he fell down a spiral staircase and needed more surgery after injuring his shoulder.
Speaking candidly to viewers on GMB in January, the presenter explain what happened.
He said: “[The operation] has set me back and made me fall down stairs.
“My leg gave way and I fell down 18 stairs,” he explained.
