Former This Morning star Holly Willoughby has ‘returned’ to social media one month after her shocking exit announcement from the ITV show.
The 42-year-old star quit the morning show after 14 years “for me and my family” after an alleged plot to kidnap and murder the TV presenter. And now her popular wellness site, Wylde Moon, told fans not to “panic” in a post about gardening and the “the gravitational pull of the Moon”.
The caption read: “Given the gravitational pull of the Moon, we’ve delved into the concept of ‘lunar gardening’ to find out just what it’s all about… and don’t panic, it doesn’t involve sneaking out after dark to prune in your PJ’s.” Fans were elated to hear from the star, even via the third-party account.

“It’s been an honour to just be part of its story and I know this story has many chapters left to go. Sadly, however, I now feel I have to make this decision for me and my family. I will miss you all so much.”

The news also comes five months after the show was engulfed in scandal when her former co-host Phillip Schofield left after admitting lying about an affair with a younger colleague. The mum-of-two thanked everybody who has worked on the programme, writing: “This is such a difficult goodbye, you are incredible and I forever will be proud of what we’ve done together.”
She added: “Thank you to everyone at ITV for being supportive. To every guest who has sat on our sofa, thank you. “Most of all, thank you to the wonderful viewers. You’ve been so loyal, so supportive and the very best company every day.”
