I’m A Celebrity… South Africa presenter Ant McPartlin congratulated Andy Whyment after he broke a show record.
At the end of Tuesday’s instalment of the ITV programme, Andy entered the South African jungle alongside Myleene Klass and Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo.
After Toff was chosen by the celebrities to take part in the trial, she arrived in main camp and sent Shaun Ryder to join Andy and Myleene in the other camp, Savannah Scrub.

During Thursday’s episode (April 27), the new arrivals were faced with their first trial of the series.

Arriving at the Bush Tucker Trial clearing, the duo were met by Ant and co-host Declan Donnelly as they prepared to find out what they would be facing.
When asked how they were finding life in camp, Myleene admitted: “You know what, it’s been really nice!” before the Coronation Street actor chimed in: “It took us two and a half hours to light a fire.”

“You know what, you’re wrong there,” Ant told the duo.
“It took you over four hours to light that fire,” he admitted as Andy laughed and covered his eyes with embarrassment.
Dec sarcastically added: “You know what though, it was compelling to watch!”
“It was. And it’s a new I’m a Celebrity record so congratulations,” Ant laughed as the campmates cheered and high-fived.

Myleene, who originally starred on the show in 2006, was the only contestant successful in the trial and therefore got to go to main camp.
Upon arriving, she revealed to former England cricketer Phil Tuffnel that he would be taking her place in Savannah Scrub.
