Kanye West requested to “poo in a hole in the floor” of his unfinished Malibu mansion, a former employee of the rapper claims.
Tony Saxon has filed a lawsuit against Ye, citing labour violations after he and his co-workers were allegedly made to sleep on the floor in makeshift beds, with no windows or electricity.
Kanye was apparently attempting to “live off the grid” and “hide from the government” in his $55million mansion, which is still unfinished.

Plaintiff Tony told The Mirror that he was faced with no end of bizarre demands, including that Kanye wanted to use a hole in the floor instead of a toilet.
He claimed: “The man wanted to poop into a hole in the floor… He wanted to basically live in what at the beginning I thought was supposed to be just an art project.”
Tony went on: “I thought that he wanted to take out these windows and electricity, oxygen, so he could have this open concept living space that wasn’t necessarily meant for dwelling.
“I was pretty sure this was just supposed to be something for an art piece or to go there from time to time and whatever.”
But instead, Kanye expressed his desire to live in the property full time.
Tony said: “It’s pretty absurd to think that anybody… I mean the man wanted a shower outside, no plumbing, pooping into a hole in the floor.”
He wanted ramps instead of stairs in the home, and allegedly labelled Tony an “enemy” if he did not comply with his wishes. Eventually, when Tony said removing the electricity would be a hazard, he was reportedly told to “get the hell out” by the rapper.
Kanye has been known for his bizarre demands in the past, and has been refusing to wear shoes outside – instead going barefoot or in his socked feet.
In 2020, when he was running for president, he reportedly asked his campaign staff to refrain from having sex outside of marriage in an attempt to reduce abortion rates.

He made the same request for anyone working on his Jesus Is King album.
Back in 2013, when arriving to perform on Later… With Jools Holland in the UK, he requested the carpet in his dressing room be ironed because it was “too bumpy”, The Sun reports.
One source said: “Everybody knew Kanye’s reputation for being a handful, but nobody had heard of a request for a carpet to be ironed before.
“His entourage took over the studio, even though plenty of other stars were present. Luckily, once he got to the performance he was very quiet and unassuming.”
Daily Star has contacted Kanye’s lawyers for comment.
