Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer has given fans a candid insight into the reality star’s intense workout routine.
The Kardashians star often shares details of her workouts with fans and once told them that she begins her first workout at 5:30 in the morning.
Her personal trainer Senada Greca took to social media with a video explaining the reality star’s regime.

In the video, Kim is flaunting her toned figure in a slinky black sports bra and matching gym leggings.
Kim opted for leather gloves to protect her fingers as she lifted heavy weights and perfected her muscle work.
Kim was seen doing an huge 30 reps of banded monster walks, a rotation of weighted hip thrusts and belted squats.
She also did a whole host of seated abductions as well as pushing herself while doing lateral goblet squats.
The Personal trainer captioned the video: ” Glutes Workout / Lower Body Workout – a little glimpse of some of Kim’s training.
‘We have been working together since January, and even with Kim’s extremely busy schedule, she still makes it a priority to train.
“I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made and excited to see where this journey takes us.
“Here’s how the workout went (exclusive of warm up and foam rolling)
“1. Clamshells with thrusts – 16 reps x 3 sets each side. 2. Lateral goblet squats, band resisted – 12 reps x 3 sets each side
“3. Belted squats – 12 reps x 4 sets + dropset of 12 reps. 4. Seated abductions – 12 reps x 4 sets. 5. Sumo RDLs – 12 reps x 4 sets.
“6. Hip thrusts – 12 reps x 4 sets + 8 half reps finisher. 7. Banded monster walks – 30 reps.”
In the past, Kim has told Vogue that she is in the “best shape of her life” and gets up as early as 5:30 in the morning to start her workout.
The media outlet also reported that the entrepreneur only clocks in five hours of sleep every night.
