Love Island fans were fuming when Ron Hall told Lana Jenkins he was ending things with Ellie Spence, but told Ellie the opposite.
On Friday night (January 27), viewers watched on as Ron told Lana that he was willing to end things with Ellie, who he is coupled up with.
Ron was picked by bombshell Ellie in the most recent recoupling, despite wanting to pick Lana to couple up with.

Telling Lana he was – in so many words – willing to put all of his eggs in one basket, he then went back on his word.
One fan penned: “Ron???? Not gonna go say two different things behind their backs?? Like you’re doing rn???”
“Ron is a toad. Red flags everywhere,” added another.
“How is Ron lying so effortlessly like this I’m scared,” said a third.
A fourth then said: “Oof, who had odds on Ron being the snake of the season? Men continue to disappoint.”
While a fifth added: “Fucking hell Ron….you little snake. so much for deading it.”
Other fans were quick to beg Lana to “run”, with one writing: “Lana please just run.”
“Lana run away, trust your instincts,” pleaded another.
After Ron told Lana he was going to end things with Ellie, he spoke to Ellie and told her that he was willing to get to know her.
This then led to Ron having to tell Lana that he had gone back on his word, leaving Lana feeling defeated.
Lana then explained to Ron that she was backing away from him as she didn’t want to be part of a love triangle.
The following morning, Ron and Ellie were invited on a lavish date in the treehouse – but Ron didn’t feel a spark.
He then told Ellie that he didn’t feel a spark and that he kept gravitating towards Lana, but Lana was chatting with bombshell Spencer… so has Ron lost his chance with Lana?
