Matt Damon confessed that sharing a steamy snog with his co-star Scarlett Johansson was “hell”.
The Hollywood actors starred opposite each other in the 2011 family film We Bought A Zoo, and he recently spilled all during a Q&A with his Oppenheimer co-star Emily Blunt.
Damon, 52, recalled of kissing 38-year-old Johansson: “We went to lunch and she and I bought thought [filming the kiss] was over and she ate, like, an onion sandwich.

“And she came in and Cameron Crowe [director] had set the camera up and it was, like, a tight shot of the kiss.”
He explained: “And she goes, ‘Aww, sh**! I literally just had, I had, like, an onion sandwich!’”
Continuing to discuss bad breath etiquette with Emily, Matt joked: “Can you imagine how horrible that was for me?”
Emily quipped back: “It’s such a shame – she has such terrible lips. Must have been so awful!” as Matt agreed: “It was hell.”
But Emily didn’t let up, asking: “But were you still sort of slightly aroused getting to [snog Scarlett]?”
And Matt confessed: “I was making fun of her the entire time about her onion breath, which I didn’t even smell. ‘Cause her breath smells like roses.”
It’s not the only bizarre sex scene story Scarlett herself has shard, as when she was filming 2014 sci-fi flick Her, her orgasm noises made Joaquin Phoenix so uncomfortable he had to leave the recording studio.
Scarlett played artificial intelligence Samantha in the film, while her co-star Phoenix played lonely writer Theodore, who fell in love with his computer.
Scarlett opened up on Dax Shepherd’s Armchair Expert podcast, explaining: “I remember we came in that day. I’ve become that actor that’s like ‘let’s get dirty.’ I have to because otherwise, I’ll be petrified.

“We tried to get through one take, and he was, like, losing it.
“He was, like, angry. He had already [filmed the scene] in person, and now he was with me in this weird theatre and I’m in this box, and he was like, staring at me, and the lights are low, and [director Spike Jonze] is there… it was so bizarre.”
“He was so upset about it,” she said. “He left the studio, and now I’m in this box by myself, and I’m like, ‘I can’t do it alone. I need him to come back’. He needed a break; he took a break, and he came back in.”
