Molly-Mae returned to YouTube with her first vlog after giving birth as she opened up about her birth and their decision to share her name online.
As she returned to the camera her little one was in her arms while Molly fought back her tears while she looked at her tot before putting her little one down to share updates with her fans.
Molly explained to her followers that she’s excited she can now say her name, but added that her name reveal was a “really hard day”.
She explained: “It was a really hard day for me, announcing her name. I don’t know if you guys noticed but I did switch the comments off.
“I think I was brought back down to planet earth very quickly of how nasty this world can be.”
Molly continued: “Because we’d always known that our first baby girl was going to be called Bambi, we’d gotten so used to the idea of that being her name and to us it wasn’t that unusual anymore.
“I know it is unusual and unique and it’s not going to be to everyone’s taste so when we announced it it was beautiful and amazing and then two seconds after posting I was like, ‘Oh my God’.”
However, Molly soon swiftly moved on after saying the video was supposed to be “positive”.
Molly announced Bambi’s name days after revealing she had arrived, but after mixed opinions, she opted to turn the comments off from her Instagram.
The star has since shared further details about the birth, with Tommy joining her side to share his amazement for her.
Tommy revealed that he watched Molly give birth and said it’s the “best thing I’ve ever seen in my life”, adding it was like a “science class”.
He added that being a dad is the “best thing that will ever happen in my entire life”, before explaining: “Birth is a completely different level, after seeing that experience what she went through – men are pretty much useless.”
Molly-Mae said that more videos will be coming as she prepares to open up in more detail on her first two weeks of motherhood.
