This Morning host Craig Doyle was left red-faced after making a live blunder – moments after necking a shot of rum.
The hit ITV show returned for another instalment on Thursday (October 11) with Craig and Rochelle back at the helm. But things soon took an awkward moment after Craig took a shot of booze – only to make an epic gaffe moments later.
During the cooking segment of the show, both Rochelle and Craig were treated to a boozy apple crumble. One of the ingredients was a Scottish spiced rum.

Craig was up for trying a shot of the booze, while Rochelle watched her co-host down it. She then tried it herself, but she wasn’t too keen.
Later on, and after the break, it seems the shot had taken its toll on Craig who admitted: “The shot’s gone straight,” before pointing to his head. He then added: “It’s worked.”
However, as the Irish TV star read the auto-cue to inform viewers about what was to come he stumbled over the words. Embarrassed at his gaffe, Rochelle then walked off.

Laughing out loud, while realising the blunder, Craig proclaimed: “I had one shot of it. That’s all!” He quipped: “I’m obviously a lightweight.”
It comes after This Morning was thrown into a spot of chaos during Wednesday’s show (October 11) when Craig jokingly walked off the set. Him and Rochelle were chatting to soap queen Sharon Marshall about the latest drama going on in EastEnders.
As fans will know, Sharon Watts is currently debating whether or not to head to Abu Dhabi. Sharon mused: “Will she go to Abu Dhabi?.” Craig then chimed in and said: “Not everyone in Abu Dhabi watches EastEnders, but some people in Abu Dhabi do!”
However, the entire studio went silent after his joke with Rochelle and Sharon not knowing where to look. Sharon quipped: “Very strong, right. Shall we just leave that there?”
Rochelle then quipped: “I’m not sure what you want me to do.” The producers then started playing graveyard music before Craig, red-faced, then got up off the famous sofa and walked away.
He said: “Right I’ll see you, bye, thanks for everything.” Rochelle told him as he left: “I mean Craig, I’ve always got your back but I just couldn’t.”
