TOWIE star Bobby Norris has been praised by his fans online as he showed off his toned physique after he decided to quit smoking three years ago.
The 36-year-old, who has been undergoing a body transformation, took to Instagram to share a topless snap with his 792K followers.
Looking away from the camera lens, Bobby could be seen lifting weights for the outdoor photo while he flaunted his enormous tattoos on his chest.

Captioning the snap the star gave fans insight into why he decided to quit smoking for good.
He wrote: “3 years ago I finally made the decision to give up smoking when we went into lockdown.

“I had been a smoker for a VERY long time (almost 20 years!!) and I thought I’d give up for the ‘3 weeks’ we were initially told we would have to stay at home. Then I started my fitness journey, and never looked back..
“If I’m honest, I didn’t think I’d ever give up because as mad as it might sound, I actually enjoyed it and like anything you’ve done for many years, it becomes a part of your life and daily routine. (My breakfast was a cigarette and energy drink!!).”
He continued: “Let’s have it right, we all know how bad it is for you, and the cost is ridiculous too.
“BUT when you’re a smoker these things don’t matter, nor does the comments from others or even the horrendous pictures they put on the box!!”

Bobby also shared that it wasn’t easy to put down the cigarettes however he was determined to make the change.
He added: “Like most things in life, if you want to give something up or make changes you have to REALLY want it!!
“For anyone thinking about giving up… Will it be easy? Nope. Worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!
“Disclaimer, this post is not intended to ‘shame’ smokers or make anyone feel ‘bad’.. As I said, you have to really want to give up and if you don’t want to that’s absolutely fine.”

Fans were clearly loving Bobby’s admission and headed over to the comment section to applaud him.
One social media user said: “Well done Bobby…Super proud of you love,” while another chimed: You look amazing Bobby well done for being smoke free for 3 years.”
As well as continuing on his fitness journey, in January 2023 reality star Bobby headed over to Turkey for a brand new smile.
