EastEnders fans are convinced that Cindy Beale is bringing back her daughter – after she made a shock from the soap exit this week.
The telly icon, played by Michelle Collins, made her epic return to the soap last year after 25 years. In a huge twist, it was revealed that Cindy, who had apparently died off-screen in 1998, was actually alive.
It ended up being that Cindy was put in witness protection at the time and was relocated to Spain. Under the alias of Rose Knight, she met George Knight and the pair had daughters Anna and Gina together.

Cindy walked out on her family though a few years back, when she was told she didn’t need to be under witness protection anymore. But in a big twist, the Knights headed to Walford – no idea that Rose was actually Cindy.

Then in a huge turn of events, Cindy returned to the Square where she was stunned to see her second family. Now though, the group appears to be living harmoniously with one another.
However, although Cindy is back with her daughters Gina and Anna and Peter Beale, she had another daughter Cindy Junior who has barely been mentioned. Her daughter is also unaware that her mum is alive.

However, in August 2015 Cindy left Walford for a life in Germany with Liam Butcher (James Forde) and his dad Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen). But now, fans and AI, are certain Cindy Jr is heading back to the famous square.

Over in the soap this week, Cindy Sr was left upset after George made a dig about the fact Cindy Jr didn’t even know she was alive. She then sat down with a book of old photos to reminisce about her daughter – who she gave up as a baby before going into witness protection.
After being convinced by Peter and Ian, Cindy decided to fly over to Germany to visit Cindy Jr. But fans reckon Cindy’s exit means she’ll be bringing back her daughter when she returns. On X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: “So is Cindy Jr on the way to Walford?” Someone else replied: “Sounds like they are going to doesn’t it?” A third chimed in and penned: “It’s time for Cindy Jr to return.” Another wrote: “A mention of Cindy Junior making a surprise visit, obviously she’s coming back.”

AI has also echoed the soap fan’s thoughts on a Cindy Jr return. Daily Star has quizzed one of the world’s most popular artificially intelligent “creative” tools, Gemini, to see if Cindy could be bringing back her daughter with her.
The program responded: “There are hints and speculations.” It then listed possible reasons for bringing Cindy back. The system said: “Family drama and potential conflict with Cindy Beale’s other children.”
