Helen Flanagan gave her Instagram followers an eyeful on Thursday (April 4) as she squeezed into skintight gym wear for a workout session.
The 33-year old, who returned to social media earlier this week following a break, could be seen in a crimson two-piece as she endured Pilates at Altrincham’s Bodhi Club in Greater Manchester. Under the guidance of a personal trainer, Helen was told when to breathe as she put her biceps and quadriceps to the test.
Laid on her back, former Coronation Street star Helen hoisted herself back and forth using her upper arm strength on a reformer machine. Giving her fans a glimpse of her cleavage in her gym wear, she also showed off her toned midriff as she got stuck in.

Helen captioned the clip: “My first time @thebodhiclub last night. I’m obsessed.”
Last week Helen bravely opened up on how she had been struggling with her mental health in recent months. She added things had begun since she had broken up with her long-term partner Scott Sinclair in October 2022.
Despite the pair continuing to be good parents to their kids Matilda, Delilah and Charlie, Helen admitted she was in a bad place last Christmas. She admitted she had tried a number of different things to try and pull her out of her depressive emotions, but nothing was working.
“So basically I really struggled mental health wise December/January,” she said on Instagram. “I felt really not great in my head over Christmas and I didn’t really feel that much different when I took the kids away for New Year.”
Helen continued: “I had a lot of difficult things going on things I just can’t talk about on Instagram.” Although she had several things to look forward to including an upcoming theatre tour, things were not getting better and, as a result, she started taking medication to help her “feel better”.
Helen explained she hoped it would help her to “cope better with being a working single mum of three” whilst she was “emotionally struggling” with her break-up from Scott. After the medication resulted in early signs of improvement, things soon took a turn for the worse with the star explaining that she began to feel paranoid, which then led to a full-blown episode of psychosis.
“I had a really bad reaction though to the medication and it sent me into a psychosis for a few days which I didn’t know I was in,” she explained. “This bad reaction though was a few days before rehearsals were starting and sadly I just wasn’t mentally well enough to do it.”
