Megan McKenna has confirmed that she is expecting her first child with footballer Oliver Burke.
The X Factor winner, 31, shared the happy news with her followers on Instagram, writing: “A little bit of you and a little bit of me… now we’re a family.” She included a sweet snap of the pair sharing a sweet moment with the scan picture.
Over on Megan’s story, the excitement continued as she told fans: “We’ve been keeping a little secret from you all.” The former TOWIE star went on to include an adorable video of when the loved-up pair first found out they were expecting.

The snippet on to show Megan beaming at their first scan, with a picture of their baby appearing on the screen. It then shoots to Megan and Oliver sharing a kiss as they hold up a trio of images of their blossoming baby.

It’s been quite a whirlwind year for the pair, after Oliver asked for Megan’s hand in marriage back in June last year. The proposal followed after the pair had stepped out on the red carpet together revealing they were an item.
Having enjoyed a romantic trip to Montenegro, Oliver decided it was the destination he wanted to ask the TV to be his wife. And of course, she accepted.

The sweet gesture was like no other, the football star had whisked his girlfriend off to a picturesque destination via speedboat. To top it off she was asked to wear a blindfold.
When they arrived on shore, Megan stepped off wearing an all black outfit that included a mini skirt and halter-neck top. As she peeled off her mask, Oliver was on one knee, holding the ring out in front of him.

Sharing the beautiful moment on Instagram, Megan penned: “YES YES YES a thousand times YES. You have opened up a world I never thought was possible.
“I love you Oliver Burke… here’s to forever my future husband. Oliver added: “I promise to love you for the rest of my life.
“I can’t wait to grow old with you my wife to be. I love you. Forever. And always.”
Since their engagement, they have wasted no time at all with moving forwards with life. They’ve moved in together and are also readying for their first child together.
