Netflix fans are infatuated with one amazing series.
Someone asked other members of the Netflix Bangers group “what are their thoughts on this series” as they gathered in the comment section to share their thoughts on All The Light We Cannot See. Countless fans wrote “loved it” while another person added: “Brilliant!! One of the best things on there [in my opinion].”
More gathered and gushed “nice” and: “Excellent movie,” while another person added: “It was a brilliant movie!” One member typed: “It’s brilliant, I love it! I’ve watched it twice through. Did I say I loved it?!”

“I enjoyed it, beautiful story. Great acting,” said one keen viewer as a second wrote: “Fantastic…based on a true story.” All The Light We Cannot See was released back in November 2023 on Netflix and follows the story of a girl and a boy during World War II.
The Netflix description reads: “In the final days of WWII, the paths of a blind French girl and a German soldier collide. Based on Anthony Doerr’s Pulitzer Prize-winning bestseller.” The show stars Aria Mia Loberti, Mark Ruffalo and Hugh Laurie.
Laurie plays Etienne LeBlanc, a “reclusive World War I veteran suffering from PTSD” and the great-uncle of Aria’s character Marie-Laure. Ruffalo’s role is Daniel LeBlanc, Marie-Laure’s father and a locksmith at the Museum of Natural History in Paris.
Ruffalo recently starred in an Instagram video discussing his career and admitted that he is recognised more for his role in 13 Going On 30, rather than as Hulk – who he has played for over a decade as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“There’s two types of people in this world. There’s Hulk people and there’s 13 Going On 30 people and I get equal amounts,” before adding: “Way more 13 Going On 30.” He has previously admitted to High Snobiety that he felt typecast by his rom-com roles.
“What I felt immediately in the film world is, once you did one thing well that’s what they think you are. They will just come to you with that part over and over again, and I was like: ‘No.’ My career is not going to be that. I’m going to do as much as I can to try and make people see me in different ways so that I can do more over the years.”
