Stacey Solomon unveiled husband Joe Swash’s awful nickname for her.
The TV star, 34, who has been thrilling Instagram followers with her DIY skills ever since purchasing Pickle Cottage in March 2021. Since finding a love for organising and building things herself, she’s been handed a number of television opportunities.
With the successes of Sort Your Life Out, she’s now taken on starring host role of her own Channel 4 DIY programme – Stacey Solomon’s Renovation Rescues. It was on this programme that she let slip Joe’s rude name for her.

Joe popped by during filming at Pickle Cottage with their three children in tow. Stacey had been explaining on camera that she was hoping to transform their garage into a space that she can workout.
Not wanting his wife to leave him without any space for his fishing stuff, Joe swung by to check on Stacey’s plans. The Loose Women star explained to her husband her plans for building a partition wall so they both had their own areas.
The former Eastenders star and Stacey didn’t see eye-to-eye over the plans, with Stacey telling her camera crew: “Joe call’s me Donald Trump because he says I’m forever building walls.”
Meanwhile, Stacey joined Caroline and Erik in Enfield who had decided to renovate their bungalow into their dream house. The pair however were left in tears over a number of costly mistakes.
They thought they’d have to re-mortgage their house and borrow money from family to get the project finished. That was until their saviour Stacey showed up with some cash-saving ideas.
The mum-of-five was hands-on as she helped them with panelling a feature wall and secret door – instead of shelling out £6,000 on bi-fold doors. Stacey also convinced them to keep light restoring windows in the hallway to keep it bright which also saving further pennies.
Caroline and Erik, who had been reduced to tears at the start of the pogramme were left with huge smiles on their faces at the end. The pair had been quoted £65,000 to finish the re-build but they came in £5,000 under budget thanks to Stacey’s help.
