Celebrity Big Brother favourites Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa appeared to confirm a romance by kissing in the pool, and now the duo have spent a cosy weekend together
Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa seem smitten with one another.
The pair formed an unlikely friendship in the Celebrity Big Brother house and left many fans speculating about a romance between them. JoJo was in a relationship with non-binary Kath Ebbs at the time but broke up with them at the show’s wrap party.
Chris and JoJo have almost been inseparable ever since leaving the house and were recently caught sharing a kiss in a hotel pool. Pics obtained by The Sun showed the pair locking lips on a lido in the pool at an adults-only hotel in Mexico – seemingly confirming a romance.
The pair recently spent time together in the States and he even flew out to Mexico to watch her perform.. And after they reunited at London’s Heathrow Airport, Chris whisked the singer to his home where they sat in bed together, ate pizza and watched Shrek.
Chris took to Instagram with a snap of two pizzas as they watched the beloved film in the living room. Chris was clearly enjoying JoJo’s company as he captioned the snap: “Perfect Sunday” alongside a smiling emoji.
He later posted a pic from his point of view in bed, where he was armed with a cup of tea, a bar of Dairy Milk chocolate and a yoghurt. The photo seemed to show someone curled up in bed next to him.
It comes after JoJo’s ex Kath seemed to throw shade at the singer in a post on Instagram. They shared a reel featuring their nearest and dearest, captioned: “Move on, you’re so god damn loved by those that matter.”
Alongside the video, they penned: “5 lessons I’ve learnt over the past few months.” Kath then shared their insights, stating: “Friendship and community really are a life force. Allow those that see you and love you to hold you.”
They continued: “Do not allow your sense of self to be dictated on an app like TikTok. People are just looking for entertainment here. Don’t take it personally because you are just a porn in their story, not an actual human being.”
Kath said: “Feel it all but also remember to laugh and have fun with the chaos. It’s not that deep.”
They added: “Continue to live by your values and integrity even when you feel misunderstood. Your life will always be much fuller in the long run if you stay true to who you are and what you believe in (I hope).”
In a seemingly sharp swipe at JoJo, Kath concluded their message with: “Don’t mistake attachment for love. Love is a doing word rooted in care. Look to your friends as a blueprint.”
Chris and JoJo have been jetting around together ever since they left the Celebrity Big Brother house. Love Island star Chris partied with JoJo and her family in Mexico on the singer’s birthday and the duo were also seen holding hands in Disneyland.
Chris also watched JoJo perform at her concert at Colours Hoxton on Monday night (May 26). He joined JoJo’s mum, Jesalynn, at the event in London.
