Lock, Stock actor Nick Moran was seen lying in intensive care in a worrying picture posted on social media as a friend shared an update into his health with fans
Lock, Stock star Nick Moran has been rushed to hospital for “major surgery”.
The actor was seen in a photo shared by a friend, flashing a thumbs up as he was in intensive care. The 55-year-old, who is also known for appearances in the Harry Potter movies, wore a neck brace in the snap.
Friend and fellow actor Terry Stone wrote: “News update for you all on Nick Moran. He’d had major surgery and is recovering in the ICU he’s giving us the thumbs up but still needs your support, prayer and love.
“Let’s pray he fully recovers and is back to normal soon.”
Nick is said to be a “very private person”, according to Terry, and he isn’t on social media.
Terry went on: “If there are any further updates on Nick I will let you all know in the live chat this coming Sunday.”
Nick is best known for his roles in Guy Ritchie movie Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, and the final two Harry Potter films.

He played one of the snatchers in Fenrir Greyback’s gang in both parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
The actor previously revealed that some of his more brutal scenes were cut.
He said: “It was all a bit of a shock and they pruned down my torture scenes where I beat up Rupert [Grint], call him ginger and stamp on him.”
The movie star’s first big film was Buddy’s Song, in 1990, alongside the likes of Roger Daltrey and Chesney Hawkes, who is currently locked up in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
He has also acted alongside names including Samantha Morton, Jason Statham, Vinnie Jones, Sting, Joseph Fiennes, Sadie Frost and Mena Suvari.
