Baywatch icon Pamela Anderson let her gorgeous looks do the talking at the 2025 Met Gala after deciding to stop wearing makeup a few years ago
All eyes were on Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson at the 2025 Met Gala, as she wore a fully crystallised gown.
The 57-year-old rocked the blue carpet in a Tory Burch gown, which was embroidered with sequins and crystals. While it looked difficult to move in, the original blonde bombshell showed off her effortless beauty.
She went without makeup for the night, which is no surprise as she has previously spoken about her decision to stop wearing it.
Her trademark blonde hair was cut into a chic bob with a short fringe, after she also recently ditched her longer locks and beachy waves.
It was a family affair for Pamela, who attended with her eldest son Brandon Thomas Lee, from her marriage to rocker Tommy Lee.
Their joint Met Gala appearance follows them having worked together on The Last Showgirl.
In it, Pamela played Las Vegas dancer Shelly, with her son credited as an executive producer.
Speaking of working together, Brandon told Variety last year: “My personal mission was to give my mom the opportunities she gave me as a child. She would do anything for me. She showed up and was a very good mother.”
After being in the showbiz industry for decades, Pamela completely changed up her image over the past few years and stopped wearing makeup.
She debuted her fresh-faced look in 2023. Speaking in November that year, she told TODAY.com: “I am much more comfortable in my own skin, but I also am in an industry that really focuses on beauty.
“And I thought, ‘I’m going to challenge beauty.'”
She added: “I think challenging ourselves is what keeps us young and beautiful. And I think, really genuinely, beauty does come from within and you don’t have to play the game.”
The theme for this year’s Met Gala – Superfine: Tailoring Black Style – brought menswear to the forefront for the first time in longer than 20 years.
It was co-chaired by A$AP Rocky, Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, Pharrell Williams and, of course, Vogue’s Anna Wintour.
