Virgin Island is coming to a close and Channel 4 viewers will get front row seats (sort of) to one cast member’s first intimate experience as they hear what happens
Virgin Island viewers will get intimate “access” to one of the contestant’s as they lose their virginity.
The controversial show comes to an end on 27 May and it has been revealed that only one contestant lost their virginity during filming.
Channel 4 viewers will hear 24-year-old Dave having intercourse with surrogate partner Kat Slade.
According to reports, Kat will guide him through his first ever intimate experience that takes place in the Zen Den. Dave reportedly slept with two more women after the show came to an end and even began using the dating app Hinge.
He spoke to The Sun a year on from filming and revealed that he has been dating a woman for six months: “Some of them aren’t amazing, but my girlfriend is happy. Our first time together was amazing.”
“I never would have been able to talk to her without this show, but I don’t think my girlfriend will watch for obvious reasons.”
“She watched the first four episodes but it’s getting a bit much now. You don’t want to see your partner with someone else, even if it was a year ago. She’s openly said it’s like watching a completely different person.”
The Virgin Island cast have a WhatsApp groupchat that was affectionately renamed to Virgins and Dave, but the gang now update the name every time one of them does the deed.
23-year-old Holly even admitted that when she lost her V-card, she “messaged the chat almost as soon as it happened” because she was “so excited to tell them”.
Holly began dating someone five months after the show wrapped and lost her virginity to him, but the pair have since gone their separate ways.
Taylor has now come out as gay but is still a virgin “despite her best efforts,” while Ben confessed that he has been on a few dates and “got a little intimate on one” of them.
