Liam Gallagher praises NHS as he discusses plans for Oasis reunion charity gig

Liam Gallagher has sung huge praises for the NHS after he told fans of plans for an Oasis charity gig.

The Beady Eye singer, 47, tweeted earlier today his appreciation for the NHS and all the incredible work their doing during the current coronavirus pandemic.

He shared two posts with his 3.2m followers, letting the NHS know his gratitude.

Liam, who is Noel Gallagher’s brother, stated in his first tweet: “NHS BIBLICAL” in a post which the star has now pinned to his Twitter feed.

His second post read: “Amazing scenes NHS we f***ing love and adore you all LG x”

Liam’s devoted followers flocked to his page to reply to his supportive and kind words.

One said: “Absolutely.”

While another wrote: “True heroes, will you be clapping for them at 8pm tonight?”

A third added: “Thank you Liam for your public support.”

“Damn right they are” added a fourth.

Liam’s praise for the NHS comes after the star revealed plans for an Oasis charity gig.

He told his followers that the Oasis charity gig would go ahead, with or without his brother Noel Gallagher.

Liam pledged that he would donate the proceeds of the music event to the NHS.

The media personality promised the gig would blow fans’ “knickers off”, however did address the fact that Noel might not be so keen on performing alongside him.

He said: “Wanna clear a few things up oasis gig for NHS charity as in all money raised goes to NHS not to me will happen with or with out Noel Gallagher it may not be the same but trust me it’ll still blow you knickers off as you were LG.”

Liam’s followers went into meltdown at the idea of the Oasis reuinion.

One said: “It’ll be just what everyone needs. Thank u Liam.”

While another wrote: “How I would love to attend that gig!’

“Hopefully Noel puts everything aside to do it for the NHS.” added a third.
