Rooney Mara and Joaquin Phoenix are reportedly expecting their first child together.
Joaquin, 45, has been dating US actress Rooney, 35, since 2017, with the two confirming their engagement last July.
According to Page Six, the Carol star is around six months along in the pregnancy, though the couple has yet to comment on the claims.
Rooney was last photographed in public on May 10, wearing an oversized T-shirt as she celebrated Mother’s Day.
Daily Star Online has contacted Joaquin and Rooney’s representatives for comment.

The Hollywood A-listers have starred in several films together over the years, including Her and Don’t Worry, He Won’t Get Far On Foot.
After filming Mary Magdalene together, in which Rooney played the title role, the lovebirds are said to have struck up their romance.
Confirming their relationship, they made their red carpet debut together at the Cannes Film Festival’s closing ceremony in 2017.

Living together in the Hollywood Hills, the couple, who tend to shy away from the spotlight, share two dogs named Soda and Oskar.
Rooney could be seen applauding her husband-to-be during the Academy Awards ceremony this year, where he took home the Oscar for Best Actor for his role in The Joker.
Speaking about their relationship in an interview with Vanity Fair, Joaquin admitted he initially felt that Rooney “despised” him.

He said: “She’s the only girl I ever looked up on the internet. We were just friends, email friends. I’d never done that. Never looked up a girl online.”
Both have famous acting siblings – Rooney’s sister Kate Mara, who starred in House of Cards and Fantastic Four, welcomed her first baby last year.
Joaquin’s younger brother, River Phoenix, died tragically in 1993, having received acclaim for his role in classic films Stand By Me and Midnight Cowboy.
