Twilight star Gregory Tyree Boyce's heartbreaking last post before tragic death

Twilight actor Gregory Tyree Boyce, 30, was found dead on May 13 with his girlfriend Natalie Adepoju after being discovered by his cousin in Gregory’s Las Vegas apartment.

Only three days before their death, Gregory shared a heartwarming post to Natalie, 27, to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Sharing a picture of Natalie kissing his cheek as they stood a beach, he wrote: “Happy Mother’s Day again to my right hand/ my roll dog/ my Queen! Love you.”

The pair had reportedly been dating for around a year, and she had a son, Egypt, from a previous relationship, while he had daughter Alaya, 10.

In a previous post in December 2019, Gregory shared a poignant post to mark his 30th birthday, as he told his followers that he wasn’t sure he was going to make it to the landmark date.

Sharing a picture of himself of a little boy and another of him at 30, he wrote: “At one point I didn’t think I would make it to see 30 years old. Over the years like everyone else I have made mistakes along the way, but today is one of those days I only reflect on the great ones.

“What a time to be alive. Happy Dirty 30 self! Let’s make the rest of these years your best!!”

The Las Vegas Medical Examiners office confirmed the shocking death but the cause is still pending.

An insider close to the actor told E!: “Greg’s cousin woke up and noticed that Greg’s car was still at the house.

“He was worried because Greg was to be in LA. His cousin went to check on him and found them.”

It is thought he moved to Las Vegas to be close to his family and in recent weeks had been “really focused and handling a lot of business”.

Boyce and Adepoju’s families have both broken their silence following their deaths, as his mother Lisa Wayne mourned his death in a Facebook post on Sunday.

She wrote: “We were supposed to meet on Tuesday with my dad to discuss some plans for our near future to launch us into a great future, but that never happened,’ she wrote.

“Greggy, if I could get my chef on like you, I’d continue this West Wings and set your baby girl up for life. You told me that you didn’t want me to work, you wanted to take care of me. Oh man, this is killing me Hunny…

“I’m sick without you. I’m torn, I’m lost. I’m in pain. I’d text you or call you when I was broken or worried about something, and you’d tell me, Ma, I got you, we’ll get thru this together. Boy. Why did you leave me?”

Boyce was best known for his role as Tyler Crowley in the first Twilight franchise movie.

He also appeared in film Apocalypse in 2018.
