Victoria Beckham reportedly raked in £1million from the Spice Girls tour, despite not taking part.
The mum-of-four decided against joining her fellow bandmembers for the 13-date UK and Ireland tour last year, but still managed to pocket cash from renewed interest in the group.
According to The Sun, the British star managed to make more cash from the tour than from her faltering fashion business.
The publication claimed Posh Spice landed a hefty pay packet from the gigs, making nearly £1milllion from the ventures – a lot more compared to the £700,000 she paid herself from her clothing line.

The Sun revealed that Spice Girls Limited made £4.5million last year following the influx of ticket sales from their concerts.
And according to Companies House records, the five band members are the only active members and directors of the firm.
An insider told The Sun: “This means the rest of the group will have to hand over a huge amount to Posh on the back of the old magic they conjured up.

“The irony of the payout is that Victoria has become distanced from the Spice Girls as she’s tried to carve out a niche as a fashion designer.
“But they have become a major source of her income once again as the clothes line falters. The other girls have handed a lot over.”
The news of Victoria’s big payday comes weeks after she announced she had furloughed her team of 30 staff at her fashion brand due to Covid-19.

However, following a tidal wave of backlash she reversed her decision stating her team’s welfare “means everything to me” after the decision to apply for public money drew heavy criticism.
“We will not now be drawing on the government furlough scheme,” she told the Guardian
“We’ve now reconsidered and we accept there’s a better way forward for our business. These are tough times and tough decisions and we don’t always get it right – all we can say is we are trying to protect our business and our staff.”
