Good Morning Britain presenter Ranvir Singh ripped into Prime Minister Boris Johnson during the ITV show today
The 43-year-old presenter, who also stars on Loose Women occasionally, didn’t hold back her thoughts when it came to discussing the government today.
It comes as she discussed the latest news that Department for Education civil servant Jonathan Slater has been sacked by the PM over the exams fiasco during the coronavirus pandemic.
Slater will leave his post at the start of September as the PM concluded that there will be “need for a fresh official leadership” in the department.
The move comes after Boris Johnson sought to blame the A-level and GCSE results chaos on a “mutant algorithm”.

Appearing on GMB this morning, Ranvir couldn’t help but use it as a dig for the government “boycotting ” GMB.
Ranvir said while debating it with two guests: “When Boris Johnson finally did speak about the crisis he called it an ‘mutant algorithm’.”
She continued speaking to one of the guests called Cindy. She said: “Cindy look, when will we see ministers take responsibility?

“We’ve asked him to come on the show but he won’t come on as as we know the government have boycotted this programme.
“And if he came on this programme we would be asking him that.”
She continued: “But he looks uncomfortable in all of the interviews he’s giving.”

Announcing Mr Slater’s planned departure, the DfE said in a statement: “Jonathan Slater has agreed that he will stand down on September 1, in advance of the end of his tenure in spring 2021.
“Susan Acland-Hood, currently interim second permanent secretary, will take over as acting permanent secretary.
“A permanent successor to replace Jonathan Slater will be appointed in the coming weeks.
“The cabinet secretary would like to put on record his thanks to Jonathan for 35 years of public service, culminating in over four years as permanent secretary of the Department for Education.”
