GMB Alex Beresford called 'sleazy' amid flirting with Selling Sunset's Chrishell

Good Morning Britain host Alex Beresford has been accused of being ‘desperate’ and ‘sleazy’ after constantly flirting with Chrishell Stause live on Thursday’s show.

The Selling Sunset babe appeared on the hit ITV programme to talk about the glamorous Netflix series and her new role on US show Dancing With The Stars.

However, Alex seemed more interested in trying to get Chrisell’s number than finding out about her dancing ability.

Teasing the starlet, Alex said: “I can say Christine Quinn is not one of my favourites but you are up there.”

Laughing, Chrisell joked back: “Hold on, I stayed up for you… I have to be one of my favourites.”

Not stopping there, Alex went on to say he would be open to buying a house with Chrishell.

Smirking the buff star said: “I’d be willing to put 0.0.5% of the deposit with you if you want to buy a house.”

Seeing the funny side the TV babe laughed off the shameless attempt to flirt.

Keen to stir the pot, GMB co-host Kate Garraway went on to ask Chrishell if she prefers a man with a six pack like Alex or a dad bod.

Chrishell admitted she likes a dad bod, Alex teased: “Do you know what Christine Quinn is my favourite.”

After the interview wrapped up he went on to tell Kate he feels he will be single forever.

Twitter was quickly a wash with comments from shocked viewers.

One fan wrote: “Anyone else think Alex is coming across as desperate and sleazy??? #GMB”

Another added: “Alex, the flirt game is real #GMB.”

A third continued: “Alex will be sliding into Chrishell’s DM’s after this…#GMB

“Alex you’re coming across to easy!” a fourth commented.

In June Alex revealed he had split from his wife Natalia.

Natalia and their son Cruz moved out of the family home just weeks before lockdown started.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am
