Strictly Come Dancing contestant HRVY has tested positive for coronavirus.
HRVY, whose real name is Harvey Cantwell is said to have contracted the virus, despite showing no symptoms.
The 21-year-old has recently been in contact with other members of cast and crew on the BBC show, who are now also being tested.
Singer HRVY is now in self-isolation until October 8, just four days before the contestants were due to be paired with their dancing professionals.
If he is unable to recover, the former Friday Download presenter will be forced to walk away from the show – leaving Strictly one couple short.

Confirming the news, the Told Ya So singer announced on Twitter: “Hi, wasn’t gonna worry anyone and say anything but now the story’s out, I have coronavirus, I’m all good, no symptoms, just isolating for the next 10 days.
“Already super bored so prepare yourselves for my TikToks.”
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: “This is the last thing Strictly wanted.
“They’ve been jumping through hoops since day one to make sure everything is done safely and with as minimal risk to the cast and crew as possible.”
The mole went on to say that this is the “worst-case scenario”.
A spokesperson for Strictly Come Dancing said: “We can confirm that a member of the Strictly team has tested positive for coronavirus and they are now self-isolating at home following the latest government guidelines.

“We have rigorous protocols in place to manage Covid-19 as the safety of all those involved in the production is paramount.”
They added that the contestant will be taking part in the show once they receive a negative test and that they only came into contact with a small handful of cast and crew.

The singer recently promoted the show over the weekend at BBC headquarters alongside fellow contestants Jason Bell, EastEnders’ Maisie Smith and radio presenter Clara Amfo.
However, bosses made sure that the four abided by social distancing guidelines and no physical contact.
It was recently reported that Strictly stars could undergo daily checks for the virus after a former member of the crew tested positive days before the new series launched.
Daily Star Online has approached HRVY’s reps for comment.
