I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fans seem aghast as Shane Richie was eliminated from the Welsh castle a day before the show’s final.
The 56-year-old actor just missed out on a place in the final, and was the ninth celebrity to be voted off.
Viewers were divided over the actor being eliminated, and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
Some were glad to see him leave the castle, as one wrote: “So glad Shane has finally gone.”
While another typed: “Glad Shane got voted out.”

“YES! Finally Shane is out! Jordan to win please!!”, penned a third.
Others were gutted, as one penned: “Oh no, not Shane….how has he gone? By far the MOST entertaining in there. I have loved him.”
“Gutted Shane’s left! Vernon to win now for me”, added another fan.
He left behind Giovanna Fletcher, Vernon Kay and Jordan North.
The remaining three stars will go head-to-head on Friday night in a bid to be crowned King or Queen of the castle.
Ant and Dec spoke to Shane about his castle highlights, and he still insisted he wasn’t the celebrity peeing on the floor of the loo.
When asked who he wanted to win, Shane said Giovanna Fletcher.
Tonight’s episode saw Vernon, Shane, Jordan and Giovanna take part in the iconic Celebrity Cyclone.
Presenters Ant and Dec revealed the trial marked the 400th trial in I’m a Celebrity history.

The four contestants were thrilled to be taking part in the challenge as it’s known for being a favourite among the celebrities each year.
The stars are tasked with getting the stars to their marker and holding it in place until the end of the trial.
However, they were being blasted with wind and water while balls are being thrown at them too, making it difficult to walk across the slippery slope.
One they had all made it to their markers, a huge flurry of water tumbled down and crashed into them.

Giovanna, Jordan and Shane were washed back to the start, while Vernon managed to stay put.
In a cruel twist a second waterfall of water came gushing down, pushing Vernon all the way back to the beginning.
Luckily all of the campmates managed to get back to their star markers and they won four meals.
