Former Gogglebox stars Steph and Dom Parker are selling their lavish boutique hotel for an eye-watering £5 million.
The couple purchased the luxury manor, where they filmed the Channel 4 show, for £2.6 million back in 2005.
They spent a further £2.6 million renovating the building and have now decided to put in on the market.
It became a hotel in 2017 on the back of Gogglebox’s popularity.
The Salutation country mansion estate in Kent has a total of 17 bedrooms and boats 3.5 acres of walled gardens along with a 60-cover restaurant.
The hotel also featured a three-bedroom cottage, two-bedroom coach house and a gift shop.

It was designed and built by Sir Edward Lutyens in a Queen Anne style.
Last year, Dom, 55, and Steph, 54, admitted the company running the Grade I-listed manor house would be liquidated and guests’ deposits lost.
It was later shut with 33 workers sent home in January 2020, just weeks before the coronavirus pandemic struck.
Speaking to The Sun last year, Dan said that he and his wife were “too old” to run it themselves.

He said: “We’re looking for £5 million for the purchase price. We ideally want to sell the building.
“It has been our lives, our home, our joy – our stage for Gogglebox.”
“It is a very important part of the past 14 years of our lives, and it is such a beautiful building.
“But we are just too old and exhausted, and don’t have the energy to run it any more.”

Dom and Steph have been married for over two decades and share to children together.
Steph previously told the MailOnline: “You are running the place, but you are the star attraction, too.
