Coronation Street's Georgia Taylor looks loved-up in rare snap with famous partner

Coronation Street star Georgia Taylor looked loved-up and happy when she snapped a rare selfie with her famous partner Mark Letheren, while the pair visited the Lake District.

The actress, who plays Toyah Battersby in the soap, was visiting Ullswater with longtime beau Mark Letheren, who is also an actor himself.

Georgia posted a series of snaps from their break away, captioning the photo dump: “All of the weather and all of the walks. With my one @markletheren #thelakes.”

Mark is a 50-year-old actor who played journalist Simon Kitson in police drama The Bill, hopping from ITV to the BBC, he also played counsellor Ben Harding in BBC One’s Casualty.

He also had a recurring role as DS Kevin Geoffries in ITV crime drama Wire in the Blood.

Georgia’s partner is also photographer, and he can be seen snapping away in the photos she posted.

Fans were quick to flock to the comments section, with one saying: “Love this, you gorgeous pair.”

Another fan penned: “Beautiful have a wonderful time you gorgeous pair.”

While another said: “Love those smiles!”

Georgia shot to fame in 1997 when she first appeared on the cobbles in Corrie when she played then-teenager Toyah Battersby, sister to Leanne.

The actress, 41, met Mark on the set of Casualty back in 2008, and the rest is history.

The Wigan-born star decided to leave Coronation Street and Toyah behind in 2002, but Georgia joined the BBC hospital drama as regular fixture named Ruth Winters in 2007 before leaving the drama in 2011.

In 2013 and 2014, Taylor played Junior Crown Prosecutor Kate Barker for two seasons of Law & Order: UK.

She couldn’t stay away from the cobbled streets for too long, so made a return to Weatherfield in December 2016 following a 13 year absence.

Georgia and Mark have been together since their romance begun in 2008, and it is said that they live together in Bristol.

Currently, Georgia’s Corrie character Toyah is going through a major storyline in the hit ITV soap.
