Simon Gregson leaves Josie Gibson speechless with vagina confession on This Morning

This Morning fans were left in stitches after I’m A Celebrity runner up Simon Gregson compared eating a cow’s vagina to like eating “a 1950s sausage roll”.

During last night’s final of the popular ITV show, it was a battle of the soap as Danny Miller and Coronation Street star Simon fought it out to be crowned the first King of the Castle.

But it was the Emmerdale star who stole the hearts of the nation as the new dad was proudly crowned the winner of the reality show on Sunday after a gruelling three weeks in the castle.

As viewers mourn the loss of the hit TV show for one more year, the 47-year-old actor joined fellow runner up Vernon Kay and Josie Gibson to share what life was like for the Corrie actor just hours after the show ended.

After almost a month on a strict diet of rice and beans, the soap star confessed that by the end of the show he couldn’t help but “look forward” to eating some of the strange food’s Ant and Dec had cooked up for him.

During Monday’s instalment of the popular ITV daytime show, he revealed that he started off enjoying the rice and beans diet.

He told viewers: “It got about three or four days in and I was looking forward to eating rice and beans for breakfast which was really weird. ”

But he soon admitted that by the end of the show he was excited to eat something different.

He added: “The one thing I never thought I’d be looking forward to was eating a hairy vagina, I mean who on earth looks forward to that?

“And it turns out that I had the largest vagina on normal TV to eat and it wasn’t that bad to be fair.”

Shocked that they were discussing the rude topic so early on in the interview, Vernon joked: “It’s five past 10 everyone.”

Simon went on to compare the unusual meal to like eating “a 1950s sausage roll” on the night as he successfully won the challenge and brought back three main meals for his fellow finalists.

The actor initially started the show with the hope that he would be able to loose some weight by sticking with the rice and beans diet.

But by the end of the competition, he shared his concerns that eating the fibrous diet has given him an upset stomach as he continually farted throughout the show.

He went on to say: “I can trump with the best of them but it was like we were making a remake of the blazing saddles which is a great movie if you haven’t seen it.

“Half way through the experiment I thought I needed to get some medical help so after this I’m going to an expert.”

And it turns out he wasn’t alone as Vernon confessed that he felt the same way when he was in the castle last year.

He admitted: “It doesn’t get any better, Simon. It’ll stay with you for some time.”
