Former Spice Girl Mel C proved she hasn’t lost her sporty side as flaunted her buff bod in a tiny leotard during steamy gym session on Saturday
The 47-year-old showcased her incredibly fit physique in a tie-dyed pink and navy blue swimsuit with a deep plunging neckline that showed off her long slender legs.
The singer took fans back to her Spice Girls days as performed an entertaining workout routine with her buff TikTok star friend Denis Samsonov set to her band’s debut 1996 hit Wannabe.
Kickstarting the New Year with the very skimpy snaps, the star looked sensational as she strutted her stuff using a variety of gym equipment including dumbbells, fitness balls and a punching bag.
In the video, fans saw a muscular Denis pick up Mel C and begin squatting with her.
She captioned the cheerful video: “Here’s a bit of fun I had with my friend @the_fittest_wizard before I left #LA. Happy New Year you lovely people! xxx #wannabe #newyear.”
The film opened with Denis walking out backwards from a freestanding punch bag before dropping to ground and twerking in a pair of tiny black gym shorts.
Mel appears wearing a tall pair of heels, before standing in front of the camera and flexing her arm muscles while lifting a dumbbell.
Denis, who hails from Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia, ensured the clip got as many views as possible, sharing it with his 1.6million followers on his The Fittest Wizard TikTok channel.
The Liverpudlian, who recently returned from Los Angeles after her stint on Dancing With The Stars, recently shared an update on a possible Spice Girls reunion, insisting that all her bandmates “all passionately want to do it”.
The Say You’ll Be There hitmaker is certain that a Spice Girls comeback will happen in the near future, with all five members including herself, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, and Victoria Beckham – who previously refused to reunite with the iconic band.
Lifting the lid on a possible reunion, the singer told OK! Magazine : “I tell you something, there will be if I’ve got anything to do with it.
“We’re constantly talking about it. The girls have had meetings and it’s something we all passionately want to do.
“We’re working through the ins and outs of Covid to try to make it happen.”
The girlband last took to the stage in 2019 – without Victoria Beckham – for a UK and Ireland tour.
